How to generate Students Report?

 

To know the count of students in each class and section, Student Count Report can be generated.

 

Go to,

 

STUDENT INFORMATION >> STUDENT REPORT
On clicking Student  Report, a page will be displayed as shown below.

 

Select the class and section.

Click on any of the following buttons to generate the student count report:

 

  • PDF to get student count report as a PDF document.
  • Click on Word to export as a word document.
  • Click on Excel to export the student count report in an excel sheet.
  • Click on preview to have a quick view of student count report in the software.

Upon clicking PDF  student count report will be generated as shown below.

 

  • Click on Save to save the student report.
  • Click on print to take a print of student report.
