Template Type:
Template Type is the way in which you would like to send message to the parents or staff.
It can be either SMS or EMAIL.
If you wish to send the message through SMS then select the Template Type as SMS.
If you wish to send the message through EMAIL then select the Template Type as EMAIL.
When you select SMS as template type then edit Message will be a plain text editor.
When you select EMAIL as template type then edit Message will be a advanced E Mail editor.
