Remarks

Result Comments:--

“Result comments” section is used to express the comments by Teacher and Principal based on students’ performance in report card.

Step to follow;-

Step 1 :- Go to Grading System, Click on Result Comment menu.

Step 2 :- Once you click on Result Comment, Comment Master will be opened.

Step 3:- Once you click on Add button, Add/ Edit comment will be opened as shown below;-

Step 4 :- Enter “comments” in comment section as per students performance need based on their results.

Step 5 :- Click on Add () button.

After adding all comments it will show like below screen shot.

After adding all comments in Result comment section you need to assign that comments to students based on performance in their report card by “Teacher” and Principal, so you have to go in “Student Exam remarks”.

Student Exam remarks:--

This section is used to enter comments to each and every student of class and section by Teachers and Principal based on student performance in student report card.

Step to follow;-

Step 1 :- Go to Grading System, click on Student Exam Remarks menu.

Step 2 :- Once you click on Student Exam Remarks menu, Student Exam Remarks Master will be opened as shown below;-

Step 3 :- For which Class, Section, Term or Test you want to enter comments for student's performance in report card. You need to select Class, Section, Term or Test

click on Filter ( ) button.

Example; - Select class 1, section A and Term 1 it will show like below screen shot;-

Step 4 :- Select Principal comments (once you click on select, it will show all comments, based on performance of student you will select).

Select comments as per principal views for particular students’ performance in report card of term 1.

Step 5 :- Select Teacher Comments.

Select comments as per teacher views for particular students’ performance in report card of term 1.

Step 6 :- Click on update ()button.
