In SchoolAdmin you can print receipts on A4, Half of A4 size (A5) and 1/4th of A4 size (A6) and any other size. you can open the receipt template in Open Office and change the paper size and formating.</p><h3>2.Our receipt headers will have different headings for group of fees, is it possible to configure in SchoolAdmin?</h3><p>Yes. You can. For example, For Management fees you can give receipts in the name of your Trust / Foundation and For the School fees you can collect in the Name of your School.</p><h3>3.We want different receipt numbers for different groups of Fees which are collected is it supported?</h3><p>Yes. You can have different receipt counters for every group of fees that you collect. There are many options available in the software.</p><h3>4.Can we customize the reports on our own, without any programming?</h3><p>You can customize all most all the reports in Open Office and Excel as per your requirements without any programming. Fonts, Colors, Naming, Wording's, Formatting, Paper Size / Orientation and even what data you would like to have in the reports.</p><h3>5.Can we use barcode Scanner and also can be generate barcode directly in SchoolAdmin?</h3><p>Yes. You can use barcode to search students, search books. Also you can generate barcode lables directy in SchoolAdmin for Students and books.</p><h3>6. What are the devices on which SchoolAdmin can be accessed?</h3><p>You can access SchoolAdmin on Computer, Laptop,Mac, Android Phone, Tablet and HP Slate. It is webbased. Also we have android app and tablet app for students and teachers.</p><h3>7. Is biometric Attendance Supported for Automatic Students and Staff attendance when the come / leave the School?</h3><p>SchoolAdmin Biometric Attendance module will support biometric devices for attendance. Following Devices of ESSL are supported. ESSL E9, ESSL X628, ESSL X990, IFACE 302.</p><h3>8. Does biometric module sends automatic sms for the parents when the student enters the school a nd leaves the School?</h3><p>Yes. SchoolAdmin can send sms to parents when the students arive to school and punch their RFID card and also when they leave, even for the Absenties as well.</p><h3>9. We already have a biometric device, can SchoolAdmin support it?</h3><p>Yes. You can download the attendace log from your pen drive and change the log header to the SchoolAdmin Import attendance headers and upload it. Then you can generate Staff attendance Reports.</p><h3>10. Does GPS Module is there in SchoolAdmin?</h3><p>Right now we have transport module to track Students and Staff travelling in various routes, Vehicle master, vehicle capacity, Route details, SMS alerts to parents of particular route on changes, incidents and etc., In 2016 New features we have GPS integration. we will have it soon.
