To work as an outlet in Payroll-Admin, you must have user name and password created for you by the administrator. And that login must have ROLE_OUTLET is set.


  1.   Open PayrollAdmin login page.
  2.   Enter the correct username for outlet login (given by the administrator)
  3.   Enter the correct password for outlet login (given by the administrator)
  4.   click on login button.

If the user name and password matches, you will be able to login successfully.

If you have entered a wrong username and password, an error message Invalid username or password will be displayed.

 If you have forgot the password, ask your administrator to create a new password for you.

Following are the privileges given to you if you login as an outlet.

 


On the top right corner you can fin a tab OPTIONS as shown below.

As an Outlet login, you will be able to view and access the options Help, Settings, users and Logout.

As an Outlet login, Under Settings you have full access to configure various settings according to the outlet needs.


 

 



 

when you login as an outlet, you will have access to only certain modules. However only Admin will have full access to the software. 

 

 

What are the access privileges given to OUTLET login?

On clicking APP MANAGER tab there are certain sub tabs as shown below. However you can access only Leave summary and Holidays.

 

As an outlet login, you will be able to view the Leave Summary of all the Employees and Holidays issued by the company.

As an outlet login, you can't view any details under Staff, Apply NightShift, Manual Punch, Assign Leave, Assign Shift tabs.
