Time Table table report menu is a simple module where the institution can define the time table for the academic year and generate report to display on notice board.

Generating Time table report:

Step 1: Go to Options -> Click on Settings -

->Click

> Click on  Default Settings

Enter Define the time duration of an period timings in the settings, this Default Settings. This will be a global settings applicable for whole schoolall the classes.

Click on Update button , the Setting Updated Successfully message will be displayed.

Step 2:

TO CREATE A TIME TABLE:

Once the setting is updated

,

go to Student Information Menu -

-

> Time Table menu.

click Click on Add button to add Time Table for all the classes. In the table When you click on the Time Table menu it will show all the Time table tables previously created.

Click on the add button to insert a new time table.

In the Add / Edit Fee Details dialog, you need to provide the details as show in the screen.

  1. Enter the Fee Name.
  2. Enter the Fee Description. Its not mandatory, for your specification you can enter the description.
  3. Enter the Account number.

. For a selected class and section enter the subjects in the relevant field for all the working days.

Step 3: After adding the subjects in the Time Table you can view the time table which you have added. You can click on the Edit if you need any changes.

Finally, Click on Add button to create a

fee

Timetable . Once the data is saved you will see a

Fee

Timetable Successfully added message. Repeat the above steps to add all the

Fee

Timetable in your School. Once all the

fees

Timetable are added click on Close button to close the Add/Edit window.

Edit or Delete a Time Table record

You can edit and change the added record by clicking on Edit icon in Action column.

You can delete the record if created duplicated or not required by clicking on delete icon   in Action column.

You will not be able to delete fee once you assign Fee Amount to a given Fees.

Account Number Column is not used in SchoolAdmin Lite edition, you can give any positive number. It is only used in higher version of SchoolAdmin to know account wise fee collection details.
