How do I customize TC reports in School Admin?

 

Different School might use different TC reports. Hence, School Admin allows you to edit and customize the TC reports according to your school standards.

Basic and detailed description on ODT's, fixed variable and free to edit variable is described in Customizing Reports  .

Let's take an example of TC Report generated by School Admin.

Below is the ODT for the TC shown above.

 

What can I edit and what can I not edit in  studentTcCertificate.odt?

Free to edit / editable variables are marked in GREEN and fixed / non-editable variables are marked in RED.

How does the relevant data for each of the student gets filled in the TC?

The fixed variables marked in RED with the '$' symbol will fetch the data that you have filled in the software for individual student and display the relevant TC details.

Where do I give the details or from where does it fetch the TC details?

The TC details can be set for Individual students or you can opt global settings.

           List of variables that can be used in TC Certificate are listed below.  


$firstName==First Name of student

$lastName== Last Name of student

$dob==Date of Birth

$fatherName== FatherName of student

$motherName==MotherName of student

$motherTongue==MotherTongue

$nationality==Natonality

$religion==Religion

$caste==Caste

$gender == Gender

$scst == Whether the student belongs to SC/ST

$birthPlace== Place of Birth

$birthDistrict == BirthDistrict        

$medium ==Medium of Instruction

$dobWords == Date of Birth in word

$grade== Class

$previousSchool== Last School Attended

$admissionDate== Admission Date

$leavingDate ==Date of Pupil's last attendance at school

$paid ==Whether the Pupil has all fee due to school

$scholarship == Scholarship or not

$medicallyExamined == Whether medically examined or not

$totalDays == Total number of days till last attended

$conduct == Character and Conduct
