Promote Students
In header menu option->Promote and transfer
1.Here we can promote the students to one class to next higher level class by selecting the students once a while.
2.First issue transfer certificate for students class x or outgoing students by selecting that class students once a while click update button.
3.Then we promote the student from form class IX to class Class X in this way we promote the students from lower class to higher class.
Switch current academic year to next academic year
When Promotion of students was done then only switch to that academic year in option settings switch Academic year in that select the next year click on Switch academic year button->window will open click on yes in this case once again we can logout and login again for SchoolAdmin software to login next academic year(2013-14).
