How to Create Class Subjects?

In Master settings, Creating Class Subjects is the fourth step.

What is class subjects?

The subjects that the students study in that particular class and section can be assigned here.

In this module we create class subjects by picking relevant subjects for that particular class and section. Also here we map the subjects to the class and section class subjects module.

There should be at least one subject created in subject module to create Class Subjects.

Why should we create class subjects?

Creating class subjects is necessary because, when you have to add a new student into the software, you will have to choose class and section which is mandatory. The software will allow you to select the section from the drop down list only if the class subjects are created.

Did you create SUBJECTS before you create Class Subjects?

Go to,

MASTERS >> CLASS SUBJECTS

Upon clicking section module Class Subject Master page will be displayed as shown below.

Click on ADD button to Add a Class Subject.

Upon clicking ADD button Add/Edit Grade Subjects dialog box will be displayed as shown below.

Select the class(es)
Select the relevant section to the class(es)
pick the subjects studied under the class selected
Finally, click on Add button.

The subjects added in the Subject module will appear on the left side of the pick list from where you can pick the subjects to create class subjects.

Upon clicking Add button a success message will be displayed as shown below indicating that the class subject is successfully created in the software.
