SETTINGS

Click on Settings to view the possible settings that can be configured in the software.

School Name Master:

Switch Academic Year:

From this menu we will be able to do following operations/settings:

  1. Create an Academic Year.
  2. Switch between many created Academic Year.

Create Academic Year:

To Create a New Academic Year, Click on Add Button.

Upon clicking Add button a pop up page will be displayed as shown below.

Fill the Academic Year details and Click on Add Button.

New Academic Year will be created as shown below.

When do we switch Academic Year?

 

  1. Consider, we are in Academic Year 2016-2017 currently and would like to view the books issued, returned or any other data or transaction details stored in the previous academic year (2015-2016)  in the software, we switch the academic year (switch back).

  2. Consider, we are in the end of the current academic year (2016-2017) and need a new profile to manage fresh set of transaction for the upcoming year, in that case we first create a new academic year (2018-2019) and then switch the next academic year(switch forth).

How to Switch Academic Year?

 

 

Move Mouse Pointer over Options , Click on Settings

 

Update School Master

User can enter the School details in School Master. The details added in the school master will be replicated in the reports.

  • Enter all the details of your school.
  • Click on update. You will get School Details Updated Successfully message.


Click on Switch Academic Year to Create &  Switch Academic Year

User can create academic year  and Switch to new academic year on completion of current academic year in this tab.

  • Enter the profile dates of new academic year.
  • Enter number of tests and terms that will be conducted in new academic year.
  • Click on Add. You will get Added Successfully message.

Steps for Switching to new academic will be updated in later secession.

Update Settings

User can enable the columns which they want to be displayed in Student / Staff menu.

  • Check the columns which need to be enabled in the student / staff menu.
  • Click on Update button. You will get the Updated Successfully message.
